Freight and delivery

A Freight description:

1. Free shipping in Japan if the total amount of goods purchased is more than 500 dollars. Some areas in the third country are free of freight. For details, please contact customer service.

2. If the total amount of goods purchased is less than 500 dollars, the uniform freight charge in Japan is 10 dollars. Besides, we only charge 10 dollars no matter how much we buy. The third country needs to charge $30 for cross-border freight

3. The amount for freight calculation shall be subject to the total amount of a single order.

B Description of return and replacement freight charges:

1. If the return or replacement is caused by our company, the round-trip freight for the return or replacement shall be borne by our company.

2. If the return or replacement is caused by the customer, the return and replacement freight shall be borne by the customer.

C.Shipping instructions:

1.Delivery time: After the order is confirmed, we will arrange the delivery for you as soon as possible. The delivery time of the spot goods is 2-3 working days, and the delivery time of the goods is subject to the actual arrival time.

2. Distribution scope: the logistics distribution scope of Japan and China, including all relevant areas covered by cooperative logistics. For third countries, please contact customer service.

3. Notes for signing in: The consignee must confirm that the goods are not damaged and the box is not opened before signing in in the presence of the delivery staff. In case of any damage, it is allowed to directly indicate the words (if the internal parts are damaged, I will reject them) on the receipt, and the goods will be returned to our company. If you complain that the goods are damaged or wrong after you sign for the outer package with obvious signs of damage, we will not accept it. If the above problems occur, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods. In addition, in order to better protect your rights and interests, please keep the relevant certificates and materials (such as videos, photos, etc.) of damaged goods when signing for acceptance.
