Product features.
1. Ageing resistance.
The hose is made of PVC and a small amount of LG nitrile rubber. Compared with the traditional rubber hose, it has obvious aging resistance, the surface of the rubber hose will not crack after more than five years of outdoor use, while the rubber hose usually cracks after one to two years.
2. Oil resistance.
PVC material itself determines the product has oil resistance.
3. High pressure resistance.
The working pressure is 50KG and bursting pressure is 150KG, which is far more than the working pressure required by welding and cutting air compressor and steam protection industry. With high bursting pressure, it can protect the operation, vehicles or heavy objects from careless rolling and effectively avoid pipeline damage. Traditional rubber hoses have low pressure and will crush and burst when rolled.
